Thomas Fellig concentrates his practice on corporate counseling, complex commercial transactions and high-stakes business litigation. For more than three decades, Tom has represented businesses, financial institutions, and property owners in sophisticated matters involving construction law, commercial real estate transactions, business contract disputes, business fraud claims, and debtor/creditor’s rights.
Tom’s broad client base has driven a successful litigation and transactional practice focused on protecting the financial and operational interests of businesses. He regularly represents clients in disputes involving construction projects, commercial real estate transactions, financing arrangements, and complex business contracts.
Before establishing his own practice, Tom worked as an associate at major law firms in New York City and New Jersey, where he represented global financial institutions in complex commercial litigation and finance matters. That experience provided him with extensive insight into high-value financial disputes and sophisticated business transactions.
In 1992, Tom opened his own commercial litigation practice - the predecessor to the firm’s current practice. Since that time, he has built a reputation for strategic advocacy and practical legal solutions for businesses facing significant commercial disputes.

Tom is licensed to practice in New Jersey and New York. He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association. He earned his undergraduate degree from Harvard College, his masters degree from Cambridge University and his Juris Doctor from Villanova University.
